The beautiful Sacajawea, by Alice Harris a good friend of Monika's. She is really thriving in Florida by now she is 10 feet tall and wants to go thru the roof! LOL

Sie liebt Florida und ist jetzt schon ueber drei Meter hoch, sie will durch da Schattendach gehen. LOL

What a wonderful flower shape, particularly combined with that colour and vigour!

Sacajawea is one of the best Yellows available. I consider her to be better than Charles Grimaldi. Her flowers hold much better in the sun and wind than those of CG.

Also a admirable trade Sacajawea has is that she can withstand a strong wind of 45 MPH without breaking, in the storm last Weekend she was bending like a Bpw, but cane right back up without breaking she had a few shredded leafs and one ripped off Blossom, but all other Blossoms were hanging on and did not tear off.

Auch noch eine besondere Qualitaet Sacajawea hat, sie haltet durch sogar bei dem starken Wind von 45 MPH (62 KM) in dem Sturm vom Wochenende sie wurde gebogen wie ein Bogen, aber kam gleich wieder hoch  ohne zu brechen, sie hatte nur mehrere zerfezte Blaetter und verlor eine Bluete, alle andere hielten fest wie Ihr sehen koennt von dem Bild

Probably the most common Brugmansia in California is Charles Grimaldi.  They're everywhere, it seems.  This one beats CG's shape by a mile.

Mary, i know you are into the Pinks, but you definitely need a Sacajawea to add to your collection.
